Role: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: Onsite (San Francisco Bay area , California)
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, large-scale data migration, and system integrations using MuleSoft. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, architecture, and implementation while mentoring development teams and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects including design, development, deployment, and support.
· Design scalable solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
· Architect and execute complex data migration strategies from legacy systems to Salesforce using tools such as Data Loader, ETL tools, and APIs.
· Ensure data quality, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation during migration.
· Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
· Develop APIs, RAML specifications, and reusable integration frameworks in MuleSoft.
· Provide technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
· Define coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
· Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security audits.
· Lead production deployments and provide post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce development.
· Strong expertise in:
o Salesforce platform architecture
o Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce
o REST/SOAP APIs
o Integration patterns and middleware architecture
· Hands-on experience with MuleSoft (API-led connectivity, DataWeave, connectors).
· Extensive experience in data migration, ETL processes, and data mapping.
· Experience working with large data volumes (LDV).
· Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, roles, and profiles.
· Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Copado, etc.).
· Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Salesforce Certifications (Application Architect / System Architect preferred).
· MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
