About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master to support teams working within an Agile environment, with a focus on driving delivery excellence, removing impediments, and enabling continuous improvement. This role will partner closely with cross-functional technology teams, including teams working in application development and ServiceNow.
The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and comfortable guiding teams through complex initiatives while upholding Agile best practices.
Responsibilities- Facilitate and contribute to moderately complex Agile/Scrum initiatives, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Participate in large-scale planning activities and ensure alignment with broader organizational deliverables.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex Scrum-related challenges, evaluating multiple variables to identify effective solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams to meet Scrum deliverables and ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Drive team performance by applying deep knowledge of SDLC, DevOps principles, and Agile methodologies-this role requires an active, engaged Scrum Master (not a passive facilitator).
- Support teams working in application development and the ServiceNow environment.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in Scrum, Agile, or a related discipline; experience may include work history, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices; proven ability to drive and influence teams.
- Hands-on experience supporting teams in an application development environment.
- Experience collaborating within ServiceNow teams or similar platforms is a plus.
