 Must have experience with Appeals and Grievance processes.

 Required Skills & Qualifications: 

·        5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, insurance, or enterprise technology.

·        Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and digital transformation strategies.

·        Experience in regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA), customer journey mapping, and agile delivery (Jira, Rally, MIRO)

·        Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, MIRO).

·        Proficiency in using AI tools for documentation, analysis, and collaboration.

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

·        Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

·        Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX optimization.

·        Experience with API integration and data flow modeling.

Preferred Qualifications: 

·        Experience with FHIR-based APIs and CMS interoperability mandates.

·        Exposure to Generative AI applications in business workflows.

·        Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Confluence, and Visio.

·        Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master).

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
