We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Substation Design Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading energy company where you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of substations. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Substation Design Supervisor, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of substations.
2. Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals.
4. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Develop and implement design standards and procedures.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project progression.
7. Oversee the preparation of design documents and technical specifications.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
9. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Substation Design Supervisor, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of substations.
4. Demonstrated experience in project management.
5. Knowledge of North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Proficiency in using design and project management software.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. Willingness to relocate as per the provided relocation package.
