Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

- Design, code, test, and implement applications using AS400, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, RPG ILE Concepts, CLLE/400,DB2/400, SQL/400, Job scheduler.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

- Maintain and enhance existing systems to improve performance and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Document technical specifications and project progress for stakeholder communication.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in AS400, RPGLE/400 and SQL development.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL):

- Experience with modern development tools and technologies.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
