Job Details- 3+ years of defense litigation experience
- Professional liability and/or medical malpractice experience preferred
- Attorneys with experience in general liability, premises liability, catastrophic injury, or other complex insurance defense litigation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
- Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience handling matters from inception through resolution
- Comfortable managing depositions, motions, discovery, and court appearances
