About the Role We are seeking a Senior AI Architect with Generative AI, NLP & AI Security to lead the design and deployment of next-generation AI platforms powering intelligent
customer experiences. This role will drive innovation across LLM-based conversational AI, agent assist systems, autonomous CX workflows, and secure AI governance frameworks,
enabling scalable, secure, and human-like interactions across global enterprises.
You will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-driven contact center platforms by combining Generative AI, GraphRAG, RLHF, multi-agent systems, AI security frameworks,
and vector intelligence platforms to deliver highly personalized, context-aware, and trustworthy customer interactions.
Required Qualifications-
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, distributed systems, or enterprise AI architecture with 5+ years working with Generative AI and LLM-based systems
- Strong expertise in: GraphRAG architectures (not just RAG), RLHF and alignment systems, Multi-agent AI systems, Distributed training and inference, AI security, governance, and
threat detection frameworks.
- Candidate must have experience on Tools & Framework - Orca, Lakera, OWASP, YARA, MITRE ATT& CK, Weaviate
- Proven experience building production-grade AI platforms at scale
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Architecture &Strategy:
- Define and lead the architecture of enterprise-scale LLM-driven conversational AI platforms
- Design advanced RAG and GraphRAG-based knowledge systems for customer support and agent assist Architect low-latency, high-throughput inference systems for real-time interactions Design secure AI infrastructure aligned with enterprise AI governance standards
- Generative AI & NLP Systems: Build and optimize LLM pipelines, including fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) and prompt orchestration Develop multi-agent AI systems for autonomous customer workflows and decision intelligence Implement semantic search, hybrid retrieval, contextual reasoning, and vector search using Weaviate Design multimodal AI capabilities (text, voice, chat)
- AI Security, Safety, Alignment & Governance: Develop and deploy RLHF pipelines, guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and prompt injection defense frameworks Implement AI security controls using Orca Security and Lakera Apply OWASP LLM Top 10 and AI security best practices Perform threat modeling and adversarial testing aligned with MITRE ATT& CK methodologies Create and maintain detection rules using YARA Establish Responsible AI practices, including fairness, explainability, compliance, and governance
- Scalability & Performance Optimization: Architect distributed training and inference pipelines across GPU clusters Optimize model performance using quantization, mixed precision (FP16/BF16), and MoE architectures Reduce latency and cost using frameworks like vLLM, Triton, and Ray
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor teams of AI engineers, researchers, architects, and AI security specialists Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and CX teams to deliver AI-powered solutions Partner with enterprise clients to design and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions for contact centers
Education
- Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
- Additional experience with vector databases, AI guardrails, prompt security, adversarial testing, and LLM threat modeling is highly preferred.
