Summary

Lead enterprise PeopleSoft HCM initiatives focused on Workforce Administration and compensation-related processes.

Manage project delivery from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and project closure.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.

Facilitate governance routines, steering committee meetings, executive communications, status reporting, and decision tracking.

Manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, escalations, and delivery obstacles.

Coordinate requirements, design reviews, testing activities, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and change management.

Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Technical, Security, Integration, vendor, and business teams.

Assess downstream business, technical, operational, integration, and payroll impacts when evaluating project decisions and issues.

Oversee vendor performance, consultant deliverables, and accountability.

8-10+ years of experience serving as an overall Project Manager.

5+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM projects in large, complex organizations.

Demonstrated experience delivering PeopleSoft Workforce Administration implementations, enhancements, or major initiatives.

Experience managing HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, technical, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Proven success leading requirements, design, testing, deployment, stabilization, closure, and change management activities.

Strong executive communication, governance, risk management, issue resolution, facilitation, and escalation skills.

Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, dependencies, resource plans, scope, risks, issues, and decisions.

Ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives, anticipate downstream impacts, manage dependencies, and drive successful execution.

Candidates must have clear Project Manager experience; avoid blended or dual-function titles where direct Project Manager experience cannot be determined.

Experience leading PeopleSoft Mass Compensation or compensation-related initiatives.

Knowledge of Job Data, Compensation, Position Management, and effective-dated transactions.

Experience supporting payroll-impacting releases and downstream integration activities.

PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience in large enterprise environments.

Higher education, public sector, healthcare, or unionized workforce experience.

Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a complex portfolio.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Master's degree preferred.

PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certification preferred.

Integrated project plan, schedule, milestones, budget tracking, forecasts, and resource plan.

Governance structure, steering committee materials, executive status reports, and communication cadence.

Risk, issue, assumption, dependency, decision, and escalation tracking.

Requirements, design review, testing, deployment readiness, cutover, change management, and stabilization plans.

Cross-functional coordination across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Technical, Security, Integration, vendor, and business teams.

Vendor and consultant accountability tracking.

Deployment, stabilization, project closure, and transition artifacts.
