Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant III to design, develop, and deliver data-driven reporting and analytics solutions. This role focuses on advanced programming, data transformation, and building scalable reporting systems to support business decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data pipelines
  • Write efficient and scalable code for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and anomalies
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
  • Optimize performance of queries, scripts, and reporting tools
  • Support and enhance existing reporting frameworks and analytics solutions
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
  • Document processes, code, and data definitions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 6–10+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or programming roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar)
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
  • Experience in a specific domain (e.g., healthcare, finance, insurance)
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies
