Position Overview:
The selected candidates will serve as FCoE Core Team members supporting the State of Oklahoma's accelerated PeopleSoft Phase II implementation across multiple state agencies. Resources will take both lead and support roles in project implementations, production support activities, functional configuration, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades while ensuring statewide system integrity and compliance with established accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an FCoE Core Team member and participate in multiple concurrent agency implementations.
Provide functional and technical production support across all PeopleSoft Financials modules.
Translate functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, System Analysts, System Integrators, Oracle, CAR, and OMES stakeholders.
Protect statewide PeopleSoft configurations and ensure adherence to statewide accounting procedures and standards.
Identify, document, and communicate project risks, issues, and obstacles to OMES leadership.
Design and document agency-level workflow requirements, specifically for Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) modules.
Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and maintain PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) scripts for regression testing and PUM upgrade testing.
Assist with testing patches, fixes, and PeopleSoft Financials PUM upgrades.
Develop and maintain training materials, user manuals, SOPs, job aids, configuration guides, and fit/gap documentation.
Communicate effectively with agency personnel, business users, and technical teams at all levels.
Produce weekly status reports and project updates.

Thorough understanding of State of Oklahoma accounting procedures, policies, and standards.
Ability to work independently or alongside System Integrators to design workflows that satisfy both agency and statewide requirements.
Experience preparing project plans, fit/gap analyses, development requests, and technical documentation in accordance with state guidelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to produce and deliver weekly status reports.
Experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials production environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous State of Oklahoma PeopleSoft experience.
Public Sector or Government ERP implementation experience.
Experience working with active PeopleSoft PUM Image environments.
Experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) maintenance and scripting.
