We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Incentive Program GTM team. In this role, you'll own large, cross-functional programs from concept through activation — partnering with Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Legal to keep complex, multi-workstream initiatives on track and land them on time.
This role leads large cross-functional projects that span multiple advertiser and 3P incentive programs. Near-term work includes moving incentive allocation from static, rule-based models toward real-time, data-driven allocation, and bringing partner-facing request and tracking workflows onto a self-service platform. You will own the cross-team timeline for these projects, integrate deliverables arriving from separate engineering, data and operations teams into something that works end to end, and hold stakeholder alignment at the project level, driving decisions to closure with minimal supervision.
Success in this role calls for strong program management fundamentals, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to drive results through influence rather than authority. Familiarity with the digital advertising industry, working knowledge family of apps, and an analytical background are all a plus.

Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) Own and drive key program milestones end to end, partnering with XFN stakeholders to keep deliverables and launches on track Build and maintain the working relationships delivery depends on across engineering, data science, data engineering, product, operations, sales and legal partners Develop the internal and external communications, reports, and collateral required for successful program activation Serve as the operational backbone for program activation — owning meeting cadences, process design, and documentation Use data to build progress reporting, including status updates and readouts for executive leadership Manage inbound from internal stakeholders, triaging questions and escalations to resolution Own the cross-team timeline for assigned projects: hold the critical path, surface slippage before it reaches a launch commitment, and drive re-sequencing decisions when dependencies move Own delivery integration — where a project depends on work from several teams, make the pieces fit: reconcile interfaces and assumptions, confirm each hand-off is usable by the team receiving it, and close the gaps nobody owns Hold stakeholder alignment at the project level: keep decisions, trade-offs and open questions visible to the teams affected, and bring disagreements to resolution rather than carrying them

8+ multi-team projects owned end to end
Demonstrated experience owning the timeline for a multi-team project where key dependencies sat outside your reporting line Experience integrating deliverables across engineering and operations teams, including translating between them when they describe the same requirement in different terms Fluency with AI tools in everyday delivery work — using them to draft, summarize, analyze and accelerate routine project work, with the judgment to verify output before it reaches a stakeholder Experience in a partner-facing or agency-facing program context
