Network Admin ( CompTIA Network+ & CCNA are Mandatory ) Remote

Role: Network Administrator
Location: Remote

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the following areas:
Designing, implementing, and managing LAN/WAN networks including routers, switches, and network topology.
Using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.
Configuring and maintaining perimeter and internal firewalls for network security and segmentation.
Applying security patches and firmware updates to network devices.
Configuring VLANs and subnets.
Creating and maintaining network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering from an accredited institution.
Certifications
CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, or equivalent networking certifications.
Additional Preferred Experience
Experience supporting hybrid cloud networking environments including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud connectivity solutions.
Knowledge of government security standards such as NIST 800-53, 800-171, and Cybersecurity Framework.
Familiarity with California state security frameworks such as SAM and SIMM is a plus.
