Title: Project/Program Manager
Location: Dallas, TX Dallas, TX(Remote)- Need local to Dallas
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Manage multiple workstreams, project dependencies, risks, and issues.
Ensure delivery milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timelines.
Establish program governance frameworks and conduct steering committee meetings.
Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices across Salesforce teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and business stakeholders.
Facilitate requirement discussions, solution reviews, and executive status reporting.
Build strong relationships with business, IT, and vendor teams.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Salesforce Program Leadership
Oversee Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
Collaborate with architects and technical leads on solution design and roadmap planning.
Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
Drive user adoption, change management, and business value realization.
Financial & Resource Management
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Track program KPIs, utilization, and delivery metrics.
Support contract management, scope control, and change requests.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards and compliance requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews to maintain quality and performance standards.
Required Skills
Strong experience managing enterprise Salesforce programs.
Hands-on understanding of:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Experience Cloud
Salesforce Platform
Salesforce Integration patterns
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
