Project Manager - Local To Dallas - Fully Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of high-complexity, high-visibility projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
* Understand complex business objectives, define project scope, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
* Partner closely with business and technology leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
* Lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
* Provide leadership and support for both business-driven and technology-driven initiatives.
* Apply strong knowledge of technology implementation processes, project governance, and delivery methodologies.
* Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to ensure successful project execution.

### Required Qualifications:

* *10+ years of Project Management experience* leading enterprise IT or business transformation projects.
* *Must have Aviation and Operations experience* with a strong understanding of airline business processes and operational environments.
* Proven experience managing high-visibility, complex projects from initiation through delivery.
* Strong experience with stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
* Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
* Strong vendor/partner management experience.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* *PMP certification is preferred.*
* *Must be local to Dallas, TX and available to work onsite 5 days a week. No remote or hybrid option.*
