Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Application Architect with 12+ years of IT experience to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep architectural expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to act as a technical authority and SME across Salesforce implementations, integrations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Application Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce platform.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Define enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Lead complex Salesforce transformation and modernization programs.
- Drive architecture decisions related to scalability, security, performance, and data governance.
- Review and approve technical designs, code, and release plans.
- Design and govern integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-based architectures.
- Partner with business, product, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads.
- Support multi-org, large-data-volume, and high-availability architectures.
- Manage architectural risks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce (Expert Level).
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and limits.
- Strong hands-on experience with:- Sales Cloud - Service Cloud - Experience Cloud.
- Deep understanding of security model, data sharing, role hierarchy, and compliance.
