Role Summary
Lead the research, design and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions Drive innovation in Generative AI, Computer Vision, Vision-Language Models, Multimodal AI and intelligent automation while converting research into scalable enterprise products.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
· Build Computer Vision, OCR, object detection, segmentation, video analytics and image understanding solutions.
· Develop and fine-tune LLMs, Vision Language Models (VLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
· Research emerging AI architectures including Transformers, Diffusion Models and Agentic AI.
· Build scalable AI pipelines, APIs and production-grade AI services.
· Optimize model accuracy, inference latency and GPU utilization.
· Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver AI features.
· Lead technical design reviews and mentor AI engineers.
· Contribute to patents, technical publications and reusable AI frameworks.
· Evaluate new AI tools, open-source models and research for business adoption.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s/Master''s/PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline with strong hands-on AI product development and research experience.
Experience
7–10+ years in AI/ML with proven expertise in Computer Vision, Generative AI and production deployment of enterprise AI solutions.
