Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Settlement Management Specialist with deep expertise in SAP SD, S/4HANA Settlement Management, Rebates, and OTC processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in configuring settlement processes, pricing procedures, volume-based incentives, commissions, and integration with FI/CO and Accounts Receivable. This role requires strong functional leadership, business analysis capability, and experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.

Must-Have Functional Expertise

• Direct & Indirect Sales pricing models

• Bulk pricing structures

• Rebates management (volume/condition-based)

• Pricing procedures, conditions, tiers, coupons (SAP best practices)

• Freight cost allocation across products/organizations

• Settlement types (Partial, Delta, Final)

• Integration with:

  • Controlling (CO)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Salesforce integration into SAP pricing

• Incentive rules, commission plans, and volume-based condition contracts

• Fiori Apps for contract lifecycle and settlement execution

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Settlement & SD Configuration

• Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management.

• Manage rebates, commissions (internal/external), royalties, and specialized settlements.

• Handle full OTC (Order to Cash) lifecycle processes.

• Work on at least 2 S/4HANA implementations (SD-OTC focus).

2. Pricing & Incentives

• Design and configure pricing procedures and condition contracts.

• Implement volume-based incentives.

• Develop commission and incentive structures within pricing.

• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices.

3. System Integration

• Integrate SD with:

  • FI (Finance)

  • MM (Materials Management)

  • CO (Controlling)

• Define and configure SD organizational units.

• Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce sales data.

4. Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Perform:

  • Business process analysis

  • Requirements gathering

  • Gap analysis

  • Process mapping

• Create functional specifications.

• Document solution designs and test cases.

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

5. Enhancements & Custom Development

• Work with RICEFW objects.

• Implement pricing routines, BADIs, BAPIs.

• Conduct enhancements from requirement gathering through implementation.

• Analyze cross-functional impacts of changes.

6. Testing & Go-Live

• Support:

  • Integration Testing

  • UAT

  • Go-live activities

  • Hypercare support

• Provide user training and ad-hoc support.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP SD experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD Rebates & S/4HANA Settlement Management.

• Experience with:

  • Fiori Apps

  • CDS Views

  • ASAP and Agile methodologies

• Strong knowledge of pricing, settlement, and incentive management.

• Proven experience in enterprise S/4HANA transformation programs.

• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
