Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience within complex enterprise applications
• Experience with one of the public assistance programs:
  • SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)
  • TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)
  •  Child Care assistance programs
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug Java applications and resolve application defects
• Experience analyzing application logs, code, data, and system behavior to identify root causes
• Experience supporting production and/or test-environment incidents
• Strong understanding of application troubleshooting and incident-resolution processes
• Ability to work across development, QA/testing, functional, and business teams to drive issues through resolution
• Experience investigating defects and determining appropriate code fixes or technical remediation
