Who are we looking for?
- The Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) with good understanding of Smart Dispute framework, is responsible for driving legacy application discovery with business teams to translate the requirements with Pega s SDA framework. Promote OOB features and requirements with alignment of business process with minimum customizations where must.
Technical Skills:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience & 8+ years of hands-on Pega requirement management with center out approach
- PCBA certification with good grip on Pega s Infinity platform and Low Code No Code development
- Hands on expertise to use Pega BluePrint to drive requirements, visual feedbacks and refinements.
- Working experience with Pega Infinity
- Expertise in
o JIRA, Pega Scenario Testing, Test Strategy and Data management
o Case Management with Smart Dispute Agentic Automation framework and OOB journeys
o Define best possible Pega User Experience with Constellation / UI Cosmos with OOB features
o Ability to identify dependencies amongst EPICs, Features and User Stories
o Crisp and clear way of defining and tracking user stories, Acceptance criteria
- Run Show & Tell sessions with Client as needed.
- Provide User Trainings before UAT starts
- Support users in creating business scenarios, define quality test data as required
- Very good domain understanding around Payment disputes (Fraud & Non-Fraud for Credit Cards)
Process Skills:
- Agile, Center Out,
- Identify and separate system user stories, integration user stories and establish clear dependencies
- Ensure requirements are understood and functional defects are minimized on QA environment.
2: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

Long Term Contract
Who are we looking for?
- The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with good understanding of Smart Dispute framework, is responsible for driving the end-to-end Pega Application implementation through Pega s Center Out approach. leading the design, architecture, and delivery of Pega-based enterprise solutions. The LSA ensures alignment with Pega best practices, business objectives, and enterprise architecture standards while mentoring teams and driving successful implementations.
Technical Skills:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience & 8+ years of hands-on Pega Design & Architecture & Build
- PCLSA PART 2 complete.
- Pega Smart Dispute Framework experience & financial domain experience.
- Working experience with Pega 7.x, 8.x & Pega Infinity
- Expertise in
o Case Management & Business rules & decisioning
o Data modeling and data pages
o UI Kit / Cosmos / Constellation UI
o Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database)
o Security & Access Control
- Strong understanding of Pega Build /performance / rollouts - optimization & best practices
- Crisp & Clear client facing communication with Technical Leadership & People management skills
Process Skills:
- Understand most of the Pega offerings including BluePrint, Smart Dispute, Gen AI & Agentic
- Excellent in setup, configurations, troubleshooting, integrations, security
- Ability to work on aggressive schedules, drive team to achieve high velocity with low to no rework.
