About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Architectto drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and long-term strategic growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at reimagining business processes, aligning enterprise architecture with regulatory frameworks, and leveraging emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and predictive analytics to deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide process architecture models that provide visibility into business capabilities, system integrations, and interdependencies

  • Analyze and map current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and performance gaps

  • Lead cross-functional workshops across Market Operations, Grid Reliability, IT, and Corporate Services to drive transformation initiatives

  • Design and implement future-state processes aligned with enterprise architecture principles and strategic objectives

  • Evaluate and recommend technology-driven solutions including automation, intelligent workflows, AI, and analytics platforms

  • Develop business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks for transformation initiatives

  • Ensure compliance alignment with regulatory bodies such as NERC, FERC, and PUCT

  • Monitor post-implementation performance metrics and continuously refine processes

  • Serve as a thought leader and change agent, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master s preferred)

  • 8+ years of experience in business process improvement, enterprise architecture, or enterprise transformation

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within ISO/RTO or utility environments

  • Expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including NERC, FERC, and PUCT

  • Strong understanding of grid operations, market operations, and regulatory-driven environments

  • Experience in risk management and governance practices
