What You’ll Own

Architect, install, and configure Oracle WebLogic 12c, WAM, and SOA Suite environments
Lead administration, patching, upgrades, and ongoing system optimization
Build and enhance automation using Shell and Python scripting
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and server issues across Oracle platforms
Drive performance tuning from development through production
Design and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
Partner with development, database, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and architecture
Contribute to technical design, peer reviews, and solution innovation
Engage with stakeholders and help manage expectations across projects

What You Bring

5+ years of IT experience, including deep expertise in WebLogic administration
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle environments (WAM, SOA, OAS)
Solid skills in Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, and/or PERL
Strong Oracle database and SQL/query experience
Proven experience working across the SDLC
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with both technical and business leaders
A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving ability

➕ Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in utility industry systems, Oracle Utilities (C2M, CC&B, MDM, WAM, OUAF)
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Control-M, or Dynatrace
Experience with integration frameworks and enterprise architecture design
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business, or related field
