Internet / Web Engineer

Location: Cayce, South Carolina

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

Time Zone Requirement: Candidates must reside in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) and be willing to relocate to South Carolina at their own expense prior to starting.

Core Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design and build low-code business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Workflow Automation: Develop complex business processes and approvals using Power Automate.
• System Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications and extend Dataverse data models.
• Integration: Implement solutions using Web APIs, Azure Functions, and custom connectors; perform ERP/CRM integrations and data migrations.
• Scripting & Logic: Use JavaScript for form scripting and develop C# plugins and custom workflows.
• Reporting: Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to performance, security, and scalability standards, following NIST and agency-specific cybersecurity policies.

Required Technical Skills

• Power Platform: 3+ years with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles).
• Dynamics 365: 3+ years of hands-on configuration and customization.
• Scripting: 5+ years of experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, and C#.
• Integrations: 5+ years using REST APIs, custom connectors, and SharePoint.
• ALM & DevOps: 3+ years managing the Application Lifecycle and using Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Prior experience with public sector/government projects and modernization initiatives throughout the full SDLC is highly preferred.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
