Summary

Title: Portfolio Coordinator
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $45.00 – 65.00/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Portfolio Coordinator II

Key Responsibilities / Job Duties

Provide leverage in daily activities to reduce burden on Delivery Managers and Directors
Drive recruiting functions for ITS roles in partnership with DMs/DDs
Partner with ITS Strategic Sourcing for any/all ask
Resource Planning - Collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure the right resources are available for project teams
Support BU IT strategic planning process, portfolio planning and measurement
Facilitate discussion on significant accomplishments, key issues and risks, change requests, milestone concerns and escalations
Create executive presentations (including content) in support of portfolio management and communication to the business
Ability to Lead a Small /Med Initiative as Project Lead

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

ITS operational knowledge
Understanding of IT and business strategy
Business acumen
Ability to identify issues and risks and coordinate mitigation
Developed communication and consulting skills

Minimum Education

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience

2 years of related work experience
