This hybrid role requires excellent technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of applications using Spring Boot, Angular 2 - 8, and Core Java.

• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and efficient software solutions.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on best practices and coding standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the software development process.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains competitive.

• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software solutions.

• Support the deployment and monitoring of applications in production environments.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong experience in Spring Boot, Angular 2 - 8, and Core Java.

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Show proficiency in version control systems like Git.

• Display knowledge of database management and SQL.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is nice to have.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks is beneficial.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is advantageous.
