Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with initial builds and system integration for robotics and automation equipment (RTX systems)
  • Support mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assembly activities
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including procedure review and validation
  • Contribute to robotics prototype development, including:
    • CCTV camera integration
    • Safety clamp systems
    • Pressure washer applications
  • Support robot operation demonstrations and testing activities
  • Assist with high ambient testing of robotic systems at external facilities (e.g., Southwest Research Institute)
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve assembly, system, and performance issues
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes, reliability, and system performance

Potential Project Assignments
  • H&P RTX Initial Build (First Order) - Cross-functional build and FAT support
  • OTC 2026 Demo Support (Houston - Bammel) - RTX250 robot demo and prototype enhancements
  • SWRI Testing (San Antonio) - High ambient performance testing for RTX250 systems
