Job Title: Project Manager – Agentic AI Projects

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Agentic AI Projects to lead and manage enterprise-level Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives within the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise and hands-on experience coordinating AI-driven projects, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering complex technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, data science, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely resolution of project issues and dependencies.
- Establish project governance, delivery schedules, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project scope, resource allocation, progress, and overall delivery performance.
- Support AI solution testing, implementation, deployment, operational readiness, and post-launch activities.
- Ensure accountability and alignment across all stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.
- 3+ years of experience working on Agentic AI and Generative AI projects.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, agent orchestration, and Agentic AI design concepts.
- Experience managing enterprise-level technology projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience is required.
