Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead cross-functional technology programs by defining scope, objectives, roadmaps, milestones, resources, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate intake, requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, releases, and production activities across multiple technical and business teams.
- Establish program governance, operational processes, health metrics, dashboards, documentation, and communication practices to improve delivery effectiveness.
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve complex issues, drive process improvements, facilitate Agile practices, and deliver strategic outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of technical program management or technology leadership experience, including Agile delivery, operational excellence, and management of complex enterprise technology initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience managing data security, cybersecurity, defense-industry, or other highly regulated technology programs.
- Experience with people management or direct mentoring, executive presentations, conflict resolution, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
