SFTP Administrator - Hybrid - Frisco (Texas)

The SFTP Administrator will be responsible for the secure operation, administration, and support of enterprise SFTP/MFT platforms used for internal and external file exchanges with business partners and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support SFTP/MFT platforms (e.g., Axway SecureTransport, WS_FTP, FileZilla, WinSCP, or equivalent)
• Create and manage SFTP users, access, folders, and permissions
• Configure and monitor inbound and outbound file transfers
• Manage SSH key-based authentication, certificates, and access controls
• Monitor service availability and troubleshoot file transfer failures and incidents
• Perform onboarding/offboarding of partners and applications
• Apply security standards, logging, and audit support
• Coordinate with network, firewall, security, and application teams
• Support patching, upgrades, and certificate/key renewals
• Maintain basic documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with SFTP / FTP / FTPS
• Experience administering Managed File Transfer platforms
• Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows servers
• Understanding of SSH, encryption, networking, and firewalls
• Experience in ITIL-based support environments
