RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SailPoint Engineer, working 1st week onsite at designated client location, remainder of the time will be remote. The preferred candidate locations are McLean, VA; NY, NY; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; or St. Louis, MO.
Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to support identity governance and administration efforts, with a strong focus on onboarding SOX-relevant systems including applications, databases, and infrastructure assets.
Responsibilities:
* Lead onboarding of SOX applications, databases, and infrastructure systems into SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC
* Design, configure, and maintain identity governance workflows including access requests, certifications, and provisioning
* Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, cloud platforms, and databases
* Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure SOX audit readiness and alignment with IAM controls
* Support Zscaler integration and enforce secure access policies across enterprise environments
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with hands-on SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud)
* Proven experience onboarding applications, databases, and infrastructure in SOX-controlled environments
* Experience working with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) in enterprise security architectures
* Strong knowledge of access controls, identity governance frameworks, and audit/compliance (SOX)
* Familiarity with scripting (Java, Beanshell, PowerShell) and system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
