Job Description SummaryJob Description- Participate actively in requirement and design discussions, code reviews, scrum meetings, presentations, and the overall implementation of assigned projects.
- Lead in the design, development, testing, and tech documentation of business applications using IBM BAW.
- Demonstrate lead level knowledge and experience with REST API services, RDMSs (Oracle and MS SQL) and their seamless integration with BAW.
- Design, optimize, and enhance BAW utilities that help with testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving both workflow and overall application performance.
- Perform BAW administrator tasks, including but not limited to deployments, monitoring, and application version to version migration.
- Provide On-Call Operation Support for your Team's Applications on a periodic rotational basis.
- Remain current with BAW and related new technologies and methodologies, and make recommendations to management for addressing business needs, resolving problems, and exploiting opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering (any), or related.
- Five (5) years in any occupation with development, engineering, or related experience.
- Five (5) years in any occupation with development, engineering, or related experience must include:
- Business Process Design and Business Process/Workflow Development;
- Designing and building applications using IBM BAW 19/20/21;
- Integration of BAW with external services; Development of Client-Side Human Services, Coach Views, and customizing UI components using IBM BPM-UI;
- Debugging, tuning, and optimizing of BAW services and UI components;
- Analytical and debugging experience utilizing browser developer tools and other monitoring tools; and Java/JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Relational DBs (Oracle, MS SQL), and PLSQL/SQL.
