Job Description:
Position Summary:
- The Sr. Developer, Oracle EPM role is responsible for providing daily support for Oracle production, enhancement projects, and strategic initiatives related to the Oracle EPM solution.
- The individual in this role will participate in system implementations/enhancements and administrative tasks on a monthly basis.
- The individual will troubleshoot issues, partner with Finance, Technology, and the business, develop solutions, and evaluate and implement new functionality to ensure the users are leveraging the technologies to the fullest.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in the design, deployment, and administration of Oracle EPM as the lead application developer.
- Partner with Solution Architect and Business Analyst to deliver solutions that meet business stakeholders’ needs.
- Manage and document application testing after each upgrade release.
- Design and perform application backup and recovery procedures.
- Manage application controls administration and related documentation.
- Participation in the development of financial systems enabled solutions to business problems and enable the organization to effectively employ technology to improve decision-making and operational performance.
- Provides training and assistance to new and existing users to enable the organization to fully leverage system capabilities.
- Assists with developing project plans for the deployment of new technology.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and new technologies impacting the Financial Systems function and Oracle EPM specifically.
- Ensures that team initiatives and activities remain in alignment with the organization’s culture and objectives.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and functions within the guidelines of HIPAA.
- Completes assigned compliance training and educational programs as required.
- Maintains compliance with Adapt Health’s Compliance Program.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Expertise in financial calculations, scripting, and allocations.
- Mental alertness and the ability to properly treat confidential information.
- Advanced computer skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree required.
- Six (6) years of experience developing and implementing software applications is required.
- Six (6) years of experience with programming languages is preferred.
