Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery sessions and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.

Act as the SME for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and related modules.

Design and optimize quoting, pricing, product catalog, subscriptions, amendments, renewals, and billing flows.

Work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Support data mapping, integrations, UAT planning, training, and postgolive adoption.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ + Revenue Cloud.

Solid understanding of product rules, pricing strategies, subscription lifecycle, and invoicing.

Experience with ERP or financial system integrations.

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience on transformation is required.

Agile/Scrum experience.

Preferred:

Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.

Experience with SaaS, manufacturing, telecom, or subscription-based models.
