Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce to design and deliver enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce architecture experience, expertise in AI-powered agent development, and the ability to lead complex CRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce architecture aligned with business requirements.

  • Architect and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.

  • Configure and customize Agentforce agents, topics, actions, instructions, and automation workflows.

  • Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM data, Flows, Apex, APIs, and external enterprise systems.

  • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and grounding techniques where applicable to improve AI agent responses.

  • Design solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.

  • Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, security controls, and development best practices.

  • Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance to developers and implementation teams.

  • Ensure data security, scalability, performance, and reliability across Salesforce solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Required Qualifications

  • 14+ years of overall IT experience with extensive Salesforce architecture and implementation experience.

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.

  • Strong understanding of Agentforce architecture, agent configuration, topics, actions, and AI-driven workflows.

  • Experience integrating Agentforce with Salesforce data, Apex, Salesforce Flow, and external systems.

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, CRM solutions, and enterprise integrations.

  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, identity management, and access controls.

  • Experience with enterprise solution design, technical leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect certifications; CTA certification is a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, prompt engineering, and AI grounding.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration platforms.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management practices.

Location Requirements

  • Candidates must currently reside within a 40-mile radius of McLean, VA.

  • Must be available for an in-person interview.

  • Local candidates only; relocation candidates will not be considered.
