Job Title: ServiceNow CSM / CRM Integration Consultant
Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Role Overview: Seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to support ongoing initiatives involving Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM integrations, solution design, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
- Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, migration, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Contribute to solution design, integration architecture, and technical implementation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support ongoing ServiceNow initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow CSM experience.
- Hands-on experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
- Experience in data analysis, data management, mapping, transformation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Good communication, troubleshooting, and solution-design skills.
