The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

The (S2P) Ariba Downstream Expert will design, unit test, debug, and implement Ariba Downstream applications. The Systems Expert is required to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to customers, and drive operational efficiency across the service line application.

What You Will Do:

  • Influence others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
  • Work to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the work area
  • Works autonomously with limited supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments.
  • Design, unit test, and implement Ariba Downstream applications while working closely with functional teams
  • Candidate will use Scaled Agile Framework, to set objectives for own area of responsibility to meet the objectives or goals of the projects and assignments
  • Candidate will communicate with parties within and outside of own team
  • Explain policies, practices and procedures of the work area to others within the organization, influences decision-makers with recommended course of action
  • Candidate will have strong customer service approach
  • Candidate will be responsibilities for making minor change or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems and improve effectiveness of work area

Expectations:

  • Follow SAP development standards and methodology
  • General knowledge of Ariba Downstream application
  • Knowledge or skills related to User Experience (UX)
  • Working knowledge of the OSS process
  • Working knowledge of the Ariba Configuration and development process
  • Ensure that documentation is properly maintained
  • Support the change control process
  • Conduct design reviews with peers
  • Support application upgrades
  • Work Defects
  • Develop test plans for new or modified programs
  • Test, design, implement, and document fixes
  • Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis
  • Obtain Raytheon CORE certification
  • Travel: 10%. Approximately 1-2 trips per quarter.

Qualifications:
  • General knowledge of Ariba Downstream application
  • Knowledge or skills related to User Experience (UX)
  • Working knowledge of the OSS process
  • Working knowledge of the Ariba Configuration and development process
  • Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience - Minimum 2 years or prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
