Visa –

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid. Mandatory onsite training in Miami. Onsite Tuesday and Thursday after training.)

Duration: 6 Months C2H

Travel: Flights and hotel accommodations are covered for non-local candidates when onsite attendance is required.

Baptist Health is looking for a Senior Epic Systems Analyst – ClinDoc to support its enterprise-wide Epic implementation. The organization is currently in the readiness phase and needs an experienced Epic professional who can immediately contribute to build, optimization, testing, workflow design, and implementation activities leading up to the July 2027 go-live.

Requirements:

Epic ClinDoc Certification - If the candidate is willing to obtain the MyChart certification before their start date, she would still consider them.

5+ years of Epic Analyst experience

Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimizations

Strong understanding of clinical workflows and documentation

Experience with build, testing, validation, deployment, and production support

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

Support and optimize Epic ClinDoc workflows and applications

Participate in Epic implementation and transition initiatives

Perform application build, testing, validation, and deployment activities

Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams

Support readiness and go-live activities

Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting

Assist with workflow improvements and user adoption
