Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment
Technical and analytical background troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers
Experience working remotely and at client locations
Knowledge of Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
Online and printed media Desktop Design
Knowledge of printers and peripherals installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Experience working with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills
Superior attention to detail, and a resourceful problem solver
Team player who strives for excellence
Minimum 5 years experience required

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

Experience working with large enterprise wide application systems
SQL development
Experience with HTML5 and CSS
Knowledge of SSL as it relates to client-server communications
Experience with Client s DNA and WMF technology
Experience with Nexus Evolution software
Experience with Client s Nautilus or Hyland OnBase ECM
Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module
Knowledge of DocuSign
