Pay Range: $50 - $52 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage video operations (authentication, onboarding, VOD, DVR, entitlements, channel lineup, caching, metadata)
- Monitor service health, alerts, dashboards for performance & availability
- Support production deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation
- Troubleshoot complex production issues (video delivery, middleware, customer access)
- Validate data flows across customer systems, middleware, and video platforms
- Deploy and support backend services on AWS & containers
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure issue resolution
- Conduct capacity planning & scalability assessments
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must Have Skills: Video streaming platforms & backend video services
- Monitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog, ELK
- AWS Cloud
- Docker, Kubernetes (containerized services)
- Production support & troubleshooting
- Experience in video device architecture & service design validation
- Strong understanding of end-to-end video ecosystem
