Job Title: Lead .NET Developer 
Location: Hybrid – Downtown Columbus (4 days/week onsite, 35 East Chestnut Street, Columbus, Ohio)

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the design and development of application software to meet business needs and product deliverables. The selected consultant will work closely with the designated IT manager, project managers, and other developers in an agile development environment. The work scope includes requirements gathering, application design, application development, testing, deployment, and technical support.

• .NET Framework 4.0+ – 10+ years
• C# – 10+ years
• SOLID design principles, software architecture, design patterns, cloud solutions – 10+ years
• SQL Server (on-prem and Azure), Relational Database Design and development – 10+ years
• SQL (query optimization, tables, views, stored procedures, functions) – 10+ years
• ASP.NET Core – 5+ years
• ASP.NET Core Blazor – 4+ years
• JavaScript and CSS – 5+ years
• Microsoft .NET 8 – 2+ years
• Microsoft .NET 6 – 4+ years
• Telerik Kendo UI for ASP.NET Core – 4+ years
• Telerik UI for Blazor – 2+ years
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using Web API – 5+ years
• REST API integration and consumption – 4+ years
• Entity Framework (EF) 4.0/Core or later, including LINQ to SQL – 5+ years
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) – 5+ years
• Azure Technologies (Azure Functions, App Service, Key Vault, Redis Cache, App Insights, etc.) – 5+ years
• Visual Studio 2022 or 2026 – 4+ years
• Azure DevOps (Git, Boards, CI/CD pipelines) – 2+ years
• Unit testing in Visual Studio – 5+ years
• Agile/Scrum project experience – 5+ years
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; conduct code reviews

• Experience migrating applications from legacy .NET to modern Microsoft tech stack
