Principal Security Architect

Position : Principal Security Architect

Location : KY (Remote)

Job Type : W2 Contract

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or Enterprise Security Architecture.
• Experience serving as a Principal, Lead, or Enterprise Security Architect.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture, cloud security, and risk management.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture and secure-by-design principles.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and security governance.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SABSA.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or E-commerce organizations is required.

Preferred Skills

• CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, or similar IAM/PAM platforms
• Cloud-native security and DevSecOps
• Threat modeling and enterprise risk management
• Security compliance and regulatory frameworks
• API and application security
• Security monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent)
