Summary

Data Analyst

Introduction:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support the organization''s decision-making processes. This role will involve working with various teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ingest, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and version the metric dictionary and report metric definitions
  • Develop, maintain, and refresh Power BI dashboards for transparency portal and internal monitoring
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and data governance compliance
  • Monitor submission activity and compliance metrics
  • Analyze trends in drug pricing, cost drivers, submission patterns, and non-compliance risks
  • Create automated visualizations, reports, and analytic summaries for leadership and external inquiries
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and program teams to optimize data pipelines and workflows
  • Create and maintain documentation, metadata, and governance standards
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support for policy development and legislative requests

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Power BI development (dashboards, reports, automated refreshes) (5 Years)
  • Data ingestion, cleaning, and validation (5 Years)
  • Data quality assurance and accuracy checking (5 Years)
  • Maintaining data dictionaries, metadata, and documentation (5 Years)
  • Data governance, confidentiality, and compliance (5 Years)
