Summary

Position Summary
The Manhattan Scale (WMS) Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in translating business requirements into scalable, efficient WMS solutions that drive operational excellence. Being the link between cross-functional teams (which often include business stakeholders, IT staff, project managers, developers, solution architects, and user experience designers) to troubleshoot problems and jointly develop a solution. Identifying and documenting functional requirements. Conducts workflow, process diagrams and gap analysis. Evaluates existing application products and develops recommendations. Writes specifications for interface programs. Coordinates installation.

To excel in this position, you should be an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of business processes and business system analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will also be dedicated and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must Haves:

Strong SCALE knowledge and experience (configuration, database, SCALE mobile)
Integration experience
Can take direction and work with design lead
SQL experience
