Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Lead with 12+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in transportation planning, execution, carrier management, and freight settlement. The candidate will be responsible for leading SAP TM solutions, supporting business processes, and driving integration with logistics and SAP ERP processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP TM implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
Manage end-to-end Carrier Management processes, including carrier selection, tendering, and transportation procurement.
Configure and support Freight Planning processes, including transportation planning and optimization.
Manage Freight Execution, including transportation orders, tendering, confirmations, and execution monitoring.
Handle Freight Settlement, including freight agreements, charge calculation, and settlement processes.
Strong understanding of SAP deliveries, goods movements, and logistics execution processes.
Work closely with SAP MM, SD, LE, and WM/EWM teams for end-to-end process integration.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM functional solutions.
Lead functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot complex SAP TM issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore/onshore resources.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.

Required Skills

12+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP TM expertise.
Hands-on experience in:
- Carrier Management
- Freight Planning
- Freight Execution
- Freight Settlement
- Transportation planning and tendering
- Freight order / transportation order management
- SAP Deliveries and Goods Movements
Strong knowledge of SAP integration with logistics and ERP processes.
Experience leading SAP TM projects and working with business stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Marysville, OH.

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA TM experience.
Experience with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and LE integration.
Experience in automotive/manufacturing or large-scale supply-chain environments.
SAP TM implementation or migration experience.
