Job Overview:
Pay Range: $52hr - $57hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in IT agile project management.
- Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform, and Eloqua integrations.
- Experience in third-party lead intake standardization and automation opportunities.
- Experience in lead enrichment with source attribution, campaign/tactic metadata, and customer journey visibility.
- Experience in reporting, analytics, SLA monitoring, data quality controls, and workflow audit trail.
Responsibilities:
- Lead capture, ingestion, validation, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing and nurturing.
- Integrate Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform, and Eloqua.
- Standardize and automate third-party lead intake.
- Enrich leads with source attribution, campaign/tactic metadata, and customer journey visibility.
- Monitor reporting, analytics, SLA, data quality controls, and workflow audit trail.
