The Opportunity
As a Data & Analytics Technology Consulting Associate, you will engage in the dynamic world of data analysis, leveraging your skills to transform complex data into actionable insights for our clients. You will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, utilizing advanced analytics tools to uncover trends and opportunities that drive business success. In this role, you will work closely with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of data management and analytics to achieve their strategic goals.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver quality results.
In this role, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks, developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.
Responsibilities
- Conducting complex data analysis to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making processes
- Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to create dynamic data visualizations and dashboards
- Developing and implementing data models to organize and structure data efficiently
- Applying machine learning techniques to enhance predictive analytics capabilities
- Performing data validation to maintain accuracy and reliability of data sets
- Engaging in analytic research to support client projects and deliver data-driven insights
- Collaborating with team members to support client engagements and contribute to project tasks
- Leveraging Python and Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools for data manipulation and analysis
- Assisting in the development of data pipelines to streamline data integration and processing
- Conducting customer analysis to inform business strategies and improve client outcomes
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
