Summary

Techwish is seeking a VDI Architect for a short-term contract engagement supporting a client in Fort Lee, VA. This is primarily a remote role with periodic travel to Fort Lee, VA, as needed.

Role Overview:

Design end-to-end Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) architecture supporting both Linux and Windows environments.
Lead the installation, configuration, and optimization of secure, scalable, and high-performance VDI solutions.
Advise stakeholders on VDI best practices, technology selection, and infrastructure strategy.
Ensure the environment meets security, performance, and scalability requirements.
Maintain and continuously improve the VDI platform for reliability and an exceptional end-user experience.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams throughout the design, implementation, and support lifecycle.
