Technical Maximo Consultant (IBM MAS 8 / MAS 9)

This role requires hands-on expertise in MAS implementation, configuration, production support, and cloud-native deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full lifecycle IBM MAS 8 / MAS 9 implementations (requirements through go-live and post-production support)

• Provide ongoing Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) for Maximo environments

• Design, build, test, and deploy Maximo configurations, customizations, and integrations

• Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues

• Support MAS application architecture, integration, and deployment strategies

• Monitor MAS servers and environments using tools such as PodMonitor

• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments

• Ensure high system availability, reliability, and performance

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–8 years of techno-functional experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8 & MAS 9)

• Experience in at least one end-to-end MAS implementation

• Strong expertise in Maximo configurations and customizations

• Deep understanding of MAS architecture, integrations, and deployment models

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift

• Solid knowledge of infrastructure components: networking, servers, clustering, databases

• Experience providing production support and issue remediation

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools

• Experience monitoring MAS servers and containers

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently with full ownership and accountability

Preferred:

• Experience in AMS/support-driven environments

• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

• Exposure to cloud-native deployments and containerized applications
