This role requires deep architectural expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to act as a technical authority and SME across Salesforce implementations, integrations, and governance. Key Responsibilities - Act as Application Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce platform - Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds - Define enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices - Lead complex Salesforce transformation and modernization programs - Drive architecture decisions related to scalability, security, performance, and data governance - Review and approve technical designs, code, and release plans - Design and govern integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and event-based architectures - Partner with business, product, and enterprise architecture teams - Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads - Support multi-org, large-data-volume, and high-availability architectures - Manage architectural risks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards Required Skills & Qualifications Salesforce (Expert Level) - Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and limits - Strong hands-on experience with:- Sales Cloud - Service Cloud - Experience Cloud - Deep understanding of security model, data sharing, role hierarchy, and compliance -
