Join a dynamic team as a Staff Salesforce Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming customer needs into innovative technical solutions. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core CRM to enhance marketing
  • Optimize campaign objects and page layouts to support efficient operations.
  • Lead initiatives for building integrations and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise goals and platform requirements.
  • Mentor and guide teams in Agile, DevOps, and Reliability practices, fostering continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and CRM solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design complex systems and software integration patterns.
  • Proficient in managing large-scale Salesforce projects and articulating complex concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical documentation to high-level management.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
  • Experience with Distributed Marketing within Salesforce Core CRM.
  • Knowledge of Kafka topics, containerized Java applications, and enterprise integration services.
