Title: Senior Innovation Analyst/Project Coordinator

- They need to be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, communicating with vendors, organizing project activities, and ensuring new technologies are successfully tested and deployed into restaurants.
- the successful candidate will naturally possess strong project coordination skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
- 5+ years of experience in Restaurant Technology, Retail Technology, Hospitality Technology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting, implementing, or troubleshooting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. (this can also be from time working in restaurants using a POS system in college)
- Exposure to restaurant technology hardware, including POS terminals, payment devices, kiosks, kitchen display systems, networking equipment, or similar technologies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Pluses:
- Experience working in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), hospitality, retail, or restaurant technology environments.
- Exposure to technology pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, or innovation labs.
- Experience supporting hardware deployments or technology rollouts across multiple locations
